¬ 1. Part and structure analysis and investigation of fires caused by faulty parts from unscrupulous manufacturers of substandard products 

¬ 2. Inspection, analysis and investigations of intentionally burnt-out products by professional scam artists (limited to customer products only, does not include investigation of fires caused by the building wiring.)

 

(1) Product Accident Analysis Items:

1. On-site accident survey and take photographs for records

2. Understand the actual operation procedure for the product

3. Examine and analyze product malfunction research

4. Discover problem and find solution

(2) Major Service Items:

A.   On-site accident analysis by specialists (on-site only)

1. Specialists arrive on-site to assist with investigation

2. Product function and operation inspection (if sample was not completed destroyed by fire)

3. Internal structure and wiring inspection (if sample was not completed destroyed by fire)

4. On-site accident survey and take photographs for records 

5. Investigate the fire’s suspected points of origin at the site

6. Examination of connection between product unit and electrical socket             

 

B.    Bring back product to laboratory for analysis and testing (testing conducted in laboratory)
